Digital Coaching Platform - Monthly

Our online-only coaching solution is perfect for the DIY advisor or for someone who isn't yet ready for a bigger coaching commitment.  You get full access to our DCP where you can access any or all of our 46 courses in any order you wish, along with all the rest of the platform's functionality.  You can also elect to add individual coaching calls for a separate fee ($199 for 25-minute calls, $349 for 55-minute calls).  The DCP is just $99/month with no minimum commitment.

Foundation & Growth Series - 3 Months

The Foundation and Growth Series combines three Critical Business Elements - Branding, Marketing, and Business Development - with three 55-minute coaching calls to lay your foundation for sustained financial services business growth.  The engagement helps you identify your ideal client, create and mobilize a comprehensive marketing presence that resonates with your target market, and develops new opportunities, advocates, and allies that share your passion for your ideal clients. This series has a one-time fee of $1000.

Sales & Service Series - 3 Months

The Sales & Service Series combines two Critical Business Elements (CBEs) - Sales Process and Practice Management - with three 55-minute coaching calls to install a proven wealth management experience that increases your conversion rate of prospects into ideal clients and improves operational efficiency.  The client experience you'll learn showcases your new advice creation process while creating immediate trust and emotional connection.  Your new implementation of a team-based advice model will have far greater impact on your clients.  

This series has a one-time fee of $1000.

Engagement & Optimization Series - 3 Months

The Engagement & Optimization Series combines two Critical Business Elements (CBEs) - Client Relationship Management and Business Optimization - with three 55-minute coaching calls to provide a path to convert your clients into vocal and loyal advocates while getting the most out of your practice personally, professionally, and financially.  Ultimately you will be better positioned to sell or transfer your business at the time and conditions you choose.  

This series has a one-time fee of $1000.

Quantum Leap Program - 1 Year

Quantum Leap is perfect for advisors who desire personalized help and guidance to engage in many advanced strategies and tactics designed to turn their vision of an ideal advisory practice into a reality.   The engagement includes full access to the DCP plus virtually unlimited access to your coach.  The beauty of this engagement is that advisors don't feel constrained in how they work with their coach.  All topics are on the table such as role playing to gain confidence in presenting new ideas to clients or possible allies, technology and workflow projects, development and review of websites or other collateral, discussing specific cases and business development opportunities, or anything else that affects your success.  You'll be invited to attend our amazing monthly group calls. This costs $1,000 per month for a year (contact us for the optional $10k single-pay link).

Custom Project Work - Variable Times and Pricing

IPC offers customized assistance for various projects.  It is not unusual for advisors to want help improving or installing something very specific. And sometimes that subject or topic falls well outside the wheelhouse of traditional coaching engagements. Even general business consulting is rarely part of normal coaching. Many coaching firms are not comprised of industry veterans or experts - they are purely performance coaches.  We are different.


Here are just a few topics we could help you with:

Installing new pricing methodology

Operational/workflow charting and design

Copywriting (knowledge centers, workflow documentation, emails, etc.)
